YUMCHI kimchi creator Lily last night led a guided meditation and mindful eating practice as part of Wellness Week at FLAT IRON SQUARE for #shapeLDN.
At the event, Lily drew on the teachings of Buddhist meditation and Buddhist philosophy, highlighting how its ancient teachings are highly relevant today in helping us to navigate our busy lives.
Following the guided meditation and teachings, Lily used a single goji berry to illustrate how bringing mindful attention to everything we eat, drink and consume, can change our whole perception of ourselves and how we treat our bodies.
Lily believes that eating YUMCHI kimchi offers us the opportunity to slow down and enjoy the small moments in life that offer us enrichment, if only we pay attention to them. Attendees of last night’s event received a YUMCHI kimchi mini pack to take away and enjoy mindfully.
